Sustainable swap: Encourage guests to use public transport

Transportation to and from your event plays a major part in your event’s environmental impact.

Choose a venue that’s easily accessible and use your pre-event marketing channels to advise guests of their public transport options - train, bus, public bikes, carpool or shuttle buses. 

If you're able, consider partnering with a transport provider for perks or discounts for guests.

As well as being better for the environment, it’ll also reduce traffic and save money on hefty carparking charges, especially in a CBD!
